Vegan diets
Today many people are choosing vegan and vegetarian diets that avoid animal products, whether for health reasons, for the environment, or because of animal rights.
Plant-based nutrition is now a recognised means of healthy eating, as it means you get high quantities of the vitamins and minerals that vegetables and plants provide. However, it’s possible to miss out on essential nutrients with a plant-based diet at the cost of your good health. This is where a vegan nutritionist in London comes in.
A plant-based nutritionist will guide you with meal planning that takes account of the nutrients in foods that you aren’t eating, to make sure you’re not missing out.
Nutrition experts like Rachel have the know-how and training to understand the foods you need in your diet to stay healthy, and how you can get the right nutrition and meet your health goals while avoiding animal products and meat.

Gut health with a plant-based diet
Rachel Clarkson has personal experience in treating inflammation and gut health concerns using healthy eating. Her journey as a dietitian and nutritional therapist was guided by her quest to find solutions to her own gut health problems, and she is driven to do the work she does because of the changes she’s seen in her own body and health.
Her commitment to nutrigenomics and working with DNA testing when creating the best nutritional plans for clients arose from her own health story. She can guide clients to better gut health through eating the right foods on a diet that’s crafted for the individual. She can often work out the root cause of gut health concerns through DNA insights and elimination of certain foods.
More confidence and energy
Eating the foods that best suit your body and genetic make-up will give you a boost you’ll find surprising. You’ll have more energy because your eating plan will be rich in the foods you metabolise most easily and which nourish you deeply.
The benefits of improved health include greater confidence and wellness, as well as freedom from health conditions that may be holding you back. Many people find that a change of diet to healthy eating based on their DNA can help with mental health and stress management too.
